Top COC Bases has no user accounts, public comments, payment flow, or standalone analytics tag. Google AdSense publisher code is installed for site verification and potential ad delivery. Saved bases, a saved Layout Lab plan, and a local best score use browser storage on your device. The site may also generate routine hosting and security logs, and we receive the information you choose to send by email.
Who is responsible for this site
Top COC Bases is an independently operated fan strategy archive. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@topcocbases.com. This site is not operated by Supercell, and Supercell does not receive privacy requests sent to us.
Information processed
Saved-base preferences
When you select the heart control in the base library, the layout identifier is stored under tcb-saved-bases in your browser's local storage. The list remains on that device and is not sent to a Top COC Bases account or database.
Layout Lab plan and score
When you choose “Save on this device,” the abstract board, selected drill, save time, and personal-best planning score are stored in local storage under tcb-layout-lab-v1 and tcb-layout-lab-best-v1. The board is not uploaded, associated with an account, or used to profile gameplay. Copying a text plan uses your browser's clipboard only after you press the copy control.
Hosting and security data
The hosting and network providers may process request information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, approximate region, and security signals. This is used to deliver the site, diagnose failures, maintain availability, and detect abuse. We do not use these logs to build individual player profiles.
Email correspondence
If you email us, we receive your sender address, message, attachments, and anything else you include. That information is used to answer the request, investigate corrections or rights claims, prevent abuse, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. Do not send game credentials, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Purposes and legal grounds
Depending on where you live, processing may rely on your request or consent, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, and compliance with legal obligations. Those interests include delivering requested pages, keeping the service secure, responding to correspondence, and documenting corrections or rights issues. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing.
Advertising, Google, and consent
Google AdSense publisher code is loaded on site pages for ownership verification and potential ad delivery. The code can make requests to Google and send technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested page, referring page, and advertising or consent signals. Whether an ad is returned depends on Google's review, account settings, visitor region, and available demand.
Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, limit, personalize, and measure ads; prevent fraud; and report performance. Google's use of advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites. Visitors can review or turn off personalized advertising in Google's My Ad Center, and learn more from Google's advertising technology policy. A Google-certified consent management platform must be configured for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland where required. Required choices and consent signals must be provided before personalized advertising is served. Other regions may require additional notices or opt-out controls.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by vendors that provide hosting, content delivery, email, security, or technical support, only as needed for those services. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer. Top COC Bases does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
- Saved bases and Layout Lab data: remain in your browser until you remove them through Privacy Choices or clear site data.
- Technical logs: are retained according to operational and security needs and the hosting provider's schedules.
- Email: is kept while a request is handled and afterward when reasonably needed for follow-up, records, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or de-identified, subject to backups and legal requirements.
International processing and security
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Privacy laws and safeguards can differ by location. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect the site and correspondence, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can avoid sending email, decline external links, block browser storage, or clear saved bases and Layout Lab data at any time. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent applies.

Children
This general-audience fan strategy site is not directed to children below the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. There are no accounts, public profiles, comments, or direct-upload features. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so the request can be reviewed.
External services
Links to Supercell, the Internet Archive, community sites, and official Clash of Clans layout URLs lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Opening a layout link may launch the game or an external website. Their processing is not controlled by Top COC Bases.
